Terms and conditions
Here you will find a list of the legally binding terms and conditions for MS Plastering.

Upon booking MS Plastering's services you are accepting that should any information be entered incorrectly, such as incorrect quantity of materials or the wrong amount of time allowed for the job needing completing, you may not be entitled to a refund depending on whether the mistakes can be amended in the time frame given and paid for.

Should any unforeseen circumstances occur, MS Plastering reserves the right to cancel a job, if this is the case and it is due to no fault other than ours the customer will receive a full refund or a newly allocated time slot, for any uncompleted work which has already been paid for.

Should a customer be unhappy with the work completed they will be given a grace period of 14 days, within these 14 days the customer has the right to call a member of our team out to amend any cosmetic blemishes which potentially could have been missed the first time round.

If any jobs are booked next day it is not guaranteed that a member of our team will be able to get there, we will always do our best but last minute bookings aren't always possible due to external circumstances, should this be the case the customer will either receive a full refund or a newly allocated time slot.

Should the prices ever be changed here at MS Plastering the price list will be always displayed correctly upon booking.

Upon work being completed from us at MS Plastering you will have a 5 year warranty where should any cosmetic cracks appear or any plaster potentially blows we will come back out to repair or redo any work which hasn't been completed to an industry standard.

Should a customer become abusive physically or verbally all works will be cancelled instantly and any payments made will not be refunded.​
